Responsibilities:
- Work with internal stakeholders to explore and test hypotheses to evaluate business strategies
- Identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes
- Undertake preprocessing of structured and unstructured data
- Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms
- Collaborate with engineering and product development teams
- Work on possible AI tool integrations to drive business impact
Skills and Requirements:
- Proven experience in Data Science including data mining & preparation
- Understanding of machine learning and natural language processing
- Knowledge of SQL and Python; familiarity with Jupyter Notebooks is a plus
- Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau) and data frameworks (e.g. Hadoop)
- Analytical mind and business acumen
- Problem-solving aptitude
